Kudos on the brilliant edit.
But, yeah, you do pretty much gop it on. Your skin is supposed to absorb some of the moisture in the yogurt and... that does something... I guess. Actually, how it works is a complete guess to me, my mom researched it, not me. As for the whole love thing, yup. And a pseudointellectual is someone who pretends thier smart, usually by using complex words... basically it's an idiot trying to pass as an intelligent person.
